“Daniela is exceptional in what she does. She is truly passionate about creating beautiful events, and she is a lovely person that is super easy to work with. She truly understood what it takes to design an unforgettable wedding beyond expectations.

We engaged Daniela 9 months before our scheduled wedding in Singapore and were looking to have a rather non-conventional wedding (we both personally shudder at the thought of another 10-course Chinese wedding banquet, the couple shoe game, and the baby photo collage).

Daniela fit the bill to help bring our vision to life – she is very well traveled and has great international exposure having worked all over the world designing bespoke experiences. She brought to the table many interesting ideas and we had fun bouncing ideas off of her. We had certain key elements or themes we wanted and she worked those details into her master plan as well.

Our wedding had an Outdoor Summer Havana/Cuban Garden theme and was for 70 guests. We had a beautiful champagne wall erected and a “ring for champagne” bell during cocktail hour as the saxophonist/percussion duo were playing in the background. We moved on to a Pan-American communal sharing dinner while the 6 member Cuban band was in full swing. There were unique cocktails, fun speeches, great food – everything with lots of vibrant colour! We ended the night, of course, on the dance floor.

With Daniela, we could sit back and relax for all the sourcing and coordination with vendors and the venue. She is very well connected and we ended up confirming all the vendors she recommended (everything from the florals, decor, band, photo-video team, wedding dress designer, make-up artist, transport etc), all of whom did absolutely fantastic jobs! On the day itself, she and her team handled several issues that flared up in the background and we only knew after the fact because we were busy entertaining guests and enjoying ourselves. Everything went perfectly without a hitch and the night was absolutely magical.

Don’t just take it from us though – A lot of our guests we spoke to say that it was definitely one of the best weddings they’ve ever attended. They absolutely loved the vibe, the music, the food, and the overall celebration. And for us, we thought that the night could not have been more perfect – it was something we would remember for a lifetime and we couldn’t have done it without Daniela and Create Your Story.“
